Omring, an innovative healthcare organization, wanted to inspire Generation Z to pursue a career in elderly care. We developed a striking, media-friendly recruitment campaign and activation: <em>We\u2019re Waiting for You.<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In North Holland, seniors became living billboards to draw attention to the growing staff shortage. These inspiring elderly individuals took matters into their own hands and actively sought out the caregivers of the future. In a cozy living room setting inside an outdoor ad shelter, they literally sat waiting for you. Here, they engaged in conversations with passersby about the value of a career in elderly care.
