U ON ICE

In December, we transformed the Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht into a magical winter event for three weeks: U on Ice. A large covered ice rink with a stunning Christmas tree at its centre, surrounded by cozy chalets offering delicious winter treats. Winter entertainment, musical surprises, and themed music blocks brought warmth, togetherness, and charm to the heart of the city. U on Ice united residents, visitors, and businesses in a unique winter hotspot, making Utrecht even cozier during the cold months.

The entrepreneurs of Beursplein Utrecht wanted to create not just a fun gathering place but also a sustainable and accessible event! That’s why we opted for a synthetic ice rink, provided skate chairs for those needing extra support, and organized a sensory-friendly afternoon.
