These inspiring elderly individuals took matters into their own hands and actively sought out the caregivers of the future. In a cozy living room setting inside an outdoor ad shelter, they literally sat waiting for you. Here, they engaged in conversations with passersby about the value of a career in elderly care. The activation attracted extensive media coverage and immediately led to job applications.
