Talent & Pro turned 25, and that called for a spectacular celebration. We were honored to organize their anniversary event and created the Future Forward Festival! An unforgettable evening where past, present, and future came together, with growth, collaboration, and pride at its core.

The festival setting was built on the company’s outdoor premises in Utrecht, featuring an impressive stage, futuristic decorations, and a surprising program. From a dazzling opening show with disco balls and live music to underground laser tag, rocking out in a retro karaoke caravan, and intimate moments around the campfire—everything was about shared experiences and creating lasting memories. Future Forward Festival became an unforgettable experience that elevated the pride and engagement within Talent & Pro to a new level.
