PAK’T PUNT

At the Webwinkel Vakdagen, PostNL wanted to connect with thousands of trade fair visitors in a striking and playful way, while making their brand promises – reliable delivery and personal service – truly tangible.

Right at the entrance of the Jaarbeurs, visitors were greeted by hosts in bright PostNL outfits with equally bright orange shopping carts. Each visitor received a custom token, which they could use at the PostNL stand to play at the ‘PostNL Pak’t Punt’: a recognizable, accessible, and eye-catching brand activation in the form of a claw machine filled with parcel-shaped surprises.

PostNL’s personal service was brought to life in a playful twist as well: hosts chauffeured visitors to the stand in bright orange, converted shopping carts. A cheerful and attention-grabbing sight on the trade floor that quite literally brought PostNL closer to its audience.
